Allan Donald's first season for Warwickshire - 1987 - was my last, and after facing him in an early-season practice match I realized I was going out of the game at the right time. He was, and still is, a Warwickshire Bear in every sense. Total commitment, total team player and a total club man - and therefore a totally good bloke.
