Donald was rightly called white Lightning. He was blessed with the most fluid, effortless action in the world: it Should be a model for every youngster to emulate. I particularly admired the way he shouldered so much responsibility ever since South Africa returned to Test cricket. Also his fitness - he hardly ever got injured till very late in his career.
